The "Win Talent Back to Ukraine" program launched by Lugera Ukraine company will help to prepare and find quality work for free for more than a thousand Ukrainians affected by the war. This was reported by the company's press service.

The "Win Talent Back to Ukraine" program announced by Lugera Ukraine will start in July 2023. It is thanks to this program more than a thousand Ukrainians affected by the war will be able to get free support on their way to rebuild and restart their lives with decent jobs. The target audience of the year-long program is veterans, internally displaced persons (IDPs), widows with kids, refugees returning to Ukraine, etc.

As part of the program "Win Talent Back to Ukraine", for which Lugera Ukraine has allocated 1 million euros, the participants will take part in a special three-month training course, developed on the basis of the strongest and most effective international practices. The company's coaches will help affected Ukrainians to correctly assess their psychological and professional condition, their preferences, achievements and professional opportunities, collect and describe their experience, and gain important skills for finding meaningful and decent job. Together with the coaches, the participants will dive into the depths of resilience and emotional harmony, work with the principles of psychological safety, learn about methods of combating stress, improve the level of resilience and the general state of health and well-being. All this is extremely important for overcoming the psychological imbalance, because we are talking about people who have lost their homes; who take care of children and relatives without sufficient financial support; who probably feel despair and are in a depressed state.

"The full-scale war has an extremely negative impact on the economy of our country and, in particular, on the labor market. According to various estimates from 9 to 12 million Ukrainians fled from the country. This means we have about 7 million working Ukrainians now, excluding those who are not working and unemployed. Of course, this is very little to restore the functioning of the business and fill the tax part of the budget to finance the Armed Forces and implement defense programs, - commented General Manager of Lugera Ukraine Anastasiya Shevchenko. - We clearly see that recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine is not possible without a return to the full working life of our citizens. All the studies that were done during the war regarding the key factors for Ukrainians to return home showed that after the obvious answers like "the end of the war, safety" immediately follows employment. Having a job is extremely important for Ukrainians to rebuild and restore their lives in the realities of war and reintegrate into society. It was the employment or guarantee of work and financial support for people that became the key drivers of business survival during the war. Helping injured Ukrainians to return to work is an important part of our corporate social responsibility by financing the "Win Talent Back to Ukraine" program. Its ultimate goal is to empower veterans, refugees, and internally displaced persons within the country, equipping them with skills that will make them economically self-sufficient. Thanks to the implementation of the program, new jobs will be created, because we will actively cooperate with employers."

The general manager of Lugera Ukraine is sure that the extraordinary relevance and importance of the "Win Talent Back to Ukraine" program should attract the attention of the state, international and Ukrainian donors, educational centers, etc. In the case of additional financial support by 2026 it is possible to expand the program to help 100,000 participants, who will receive a new decent and meaningful job and contribute to the development of the Ukrainian economy, increase in the filling of the state budget, growth of purchasing power, etc.

"During the implementation of the program "Win Talent back to Ukraine", we need the maximum support and involvement of employers. Feedback is important - let us know what specialists and employees your business needs most at the moment. After completing the training course, our participants will need jobs and a new start," Anastasiya Shevchenko summarizes.
